Spicy Margarita

Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz. preferred tequila 
  • 1 oz. triple sec 
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz. agave syrup or simple syrup 
  • 2-3 dashes chili oil (strained) 
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt for rimming glass (optional)

Directions: 

  1. If desired, rim the glass with WGF chili oil and salt 
  2. To make the margarita mixture, combine the tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, agave or simple syrup, and WGF chili oil (strained) into a shaker. Note: start with small amounts of chili oil, and add more to your liking 
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
  4. Strain the margarita mixture into the prepared glass over ice and enjoy!

Chili Oil Bloody Mary

Ingredients: 

  • 1 ½ oz. preferred vodka 
  • 3 oz. tomato juice
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon prepared horseradish 
  • 2-3 dashes WGF chili oil 
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Celery stalk, lemon wedge, and olives for garnish (optional)

Directions: 

  1. If desired, rim a tall glass with WGF chili oil and salt/chili powder mixture (equal parts salt and chili powder) 
  2. To prepare the bloody mary mixture, combine the vodka, tomato juice, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, prepared horseradish, WGF chili oil, salt and pepper 
  3. Stir ingredient well to ensure they are well-combined
  4. Pour mixture into glass with ice cubes 
  5. Garnish with celery stalk, lemon wedge, and olives (optional) 

Chili Oil Mango Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup coconut milk or almond milk 
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 2-3 dashes WGF chili oil 
  • Ice cubes 
  • Fresh mango chunks and Tajin (optional for topping) 

Directions: 

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, Greek yogurt, coconut or almond milk, honey or agave syrup, WGF chili oil, and ice 
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk until desired consistency is reached
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness/spiciness by adding more honey/agave syrup or WGF chili oil 
  4. Pour the chili oil mango smoothie in a glass and enjoy!

Chili Oil Iced Chai Latte

Ingredients: 

  • 2 chai tea bags 
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice 
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 2-3 dashes WGF chili oil (strained) 
  • Ice cubes
  • Cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish (optional)

Directions: 

  1. Steep the chai tea bags in boiling water for about 5 minutes 
  2. Add honey or preferred sweetener and strained WGF chili oil to the brewed chai tea. Stir well until dissolved
  3. Allow the chai tea to cool at room temperature and then refrigerate until it’s chilled
  4. Once cooled, pour chai tea mixture into a glass with milk and ice 
  5. Stir well and enjoy!
